Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-16

This policy explains what information Dezno collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect only what we need to run Dezno.

1. What we collect

Account: your email address, your name, and your password (stored only in scrambled form — we cannot read it).
Designs: the designs you save, including the text, photos and logos you add.
Payments: the order (what you bought, the amount, the date) and the payment receipt or screenshot you send us to prove a Telebirr, CBE or eBirr payment.
Technical: basic information your browser sends (for example the browser type), used to keep Dezno working and secure.

2. Why we use it

We do not sell your information. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

To create your account and let you sign in.
To save your designs and let you download them.
To check payments and give you what you paid for.
To answer your questions and keep Dezno safe.

3. Who else sees it

Dezno runs on trusted service providers that store data for us: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage) and Vercel (website hosting). They handle your data only to provide their service to us.

We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Your account and designs: until you delete your account.
Payment records (orders and receipts): as long as accounting rules require, even after you delete your account.
Payment screenshot images: deleted 90 days after the payment is checked.

5. Your choices

You can see and change your name and photo in Settings → Profile.
You can delete your account in Settings → Security. This removes your account and designs, except payment records we must keep.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it: email help@dezno.net.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell you before it applies.
