Your Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing period. There are no refunds, but you won't be charged again.
What happens when my Pro subscription expires?
You keep all your saved designs, but you won't be able to download Pro template designs until you renew.
Can I still use free templates without Pro?
Yes! Free users can browse, edit, and download any design based on free templates. Pro is only needed for Pro-marked templates.
How does extending my subscription work?
If you purchase Pro while already subscribed, your expiry date extends by 30 days from your current end date.
